Hi My Friends and Customers

A friend of mine, Andrea, told me the other day...Danny, you forgot to tell people about yourself, and she was right :O).

I really totally forgot to tell you about myself.

You probably wonder who is behind >>dar-mosaic<<, so here is a litte history:

I am Danny, which is short for Daniela.  A lot of my new friends from the dar-mosaic Shop originally thought I was a man!  LOL

But I am a woman and just kept the nickname my Granny used to call me.

I was born in Kulmbach, Germany, and lived almost my whole life in Germany until I met my knight in shining armor, George.

My love for the Hobby Ministeck goes very, very far into the past ever since I was a kid, and I still deeply love this hobby and art.

I guess I was approximately 10 years old when my Granny gave me my first Ministeck kit, and for over 30 years now, I am still hooked on it.

Because I thought it was such a unique hobby, I wanted to bring it to America for people who enjoy doing Arts and Crafts, too. So I started the dar-mosaic Shop.

I especially have to thank Roberto Lombardi, Angie Fischer, Angelika Henkele, Jan Hodupski, Anita Cohen 100%,for all the support and Help for this last two years, which were not very easy in Times but they never let me down.

 For you my customers:  I want you to know that I will always be there for you if you need my help or have any questions.

IDEAS FOR BACKGROUNDS

Randee is a very sweet lady from New York, and this kind of Mosaic has been her hobby for a long time. She did all the backgrounds of her pictures herself.

I especially think the Cat and the Moon and the Siamese Cat look awesome!
